S23
S-23 is an investigational selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) developed by GTX, Inc as a potential male hormonal contraceptive. It binds more strongly to the androgen receptor than older drugs such as andarine with a Ki of 1.7nM, and in animal studies showed a good ratio of anabolic to androgenic effects as well as dose-dependent suppression of spermatogenesis with spontaneous recovery after treatment discontinuation.
S-23 appears to be the most severe androgen receptor modulator to date.
S23 valuable lean body mass and bone mineral density. In a dose dependent way in an indirect way.
