AC-262536

AC-262 is a drug developed by Acadia Pharmaceuticals that acts as a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). Chemically, it exhibits endo-exo isomerism, with the endo form being the biologically active one.

It serves as a partial agonist for the androgen receptor with a binding affinity (Ki) of 5 nM. Additionally, it shows no significant affinity for other receptors that have been tested.

In animal studies, AC-262536 demonstrated a maximum anabolic effect that is approximately 66% of the anabolic activity of testosterone, and only about 27% of testosterone's androgenic potency.
